In this article we have find out the relationship between leadership style and employees motivation in the Banking sector of Pakistan. This article also discusses how organization performance is affected by the relationship of leaders (management) and employees. The basic job of Management is the efficient and effective utilization of human resources for the achievement of organization objective. Effective utilization of human resource cannot be possible without motivate the employees of the organization. To motivate the employees, leadership styles play a vital role.
There are tow type of leadership styles as; democratic leadership and autocratic leadership. These leaders always orient their subordinates towards performance and authorized them rather than dependence. Under the democratic style of leadership employees are encouraged and allowed to participate in decision making, especially decision that will influence them. Employees will be more motivated if higher level of needs, such as esteem needs and self-actualization are satisfied within the organization. In Democratic leadership style employees are more satisfied and it has a positive impact on the employee
